Photo Upload and Order File Management

For personalized photo-printing orders, customers can upload their photos directly on the Shopify product page when placing an order.

After checkout, the uploaded photo will be automatically linked to the order and sent to our connected cloud storage, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or Box. We will receive a secure file link for each order and download the photo for production.

This process keeps every customer photo organized by order number, reduces back-and-forth communication, and helps ensure the correct image is used for each custom order.

Customer photos are used only for order production and are handled securely.
